Tierra Bella Routes Schedule

For each monthly meeting, have the following things done.
  • May Meeting
    • gather all suggestions/problems/comments concerning routes
    • start thinking about ways to improve the routes

  • June Meeting
    • no meeting

  • July Meeting
    • no meeting

  • August Meeting
    • no meeting

  • September Meeting
    • have preliminary route ready for discussion, get input from others
    • if route is much different from past year, then give a heads-up for needed reststop locations

  • October Meeting
    • do preliminary calculations for paces for each route.
    • make sure there are no problem areas in new routes.

  • November meeting
    • have route miles/climbing/descriptions ready for publication
    • have color route map finished

  • December Meeting
    • have the route details finalized
    • have riders vs time for each reststop finished
    • give riders vs time to Food chairman

  • January Meeting
    • have SAG routes finished
    • give riders vs time to safety chairman
    • have detailed route sheets finished

  • February Meeting
    • have Junction sketches finished

  • March Meeting
    • everything finished by now
    • be available to answer questions

  • April - Tierra Bella time
